Abstract EN

In light of the linguistic meanings of Iltifat (Reference switching) when turning into the unusual, it is normal for Iltifat’s indication to expand to include the grammatical structure and lexical domain.

Thus, this research discusses the styles of Iltifat in grammatical structure and lexical domain in the poetry of poet Hasan al-Susi.

Since there are no many literary and critical studies that addressed Iltifat in poetry, the problem of the study is how poet Hasan utilized Iltifat style in the grammatical structure and the lexical domain in his poetry to express himself.

Since the main goal of the study is to diagnose and analyze the Iltifat style in the poetry of Hasan, and to discuss the styles of Iltifat in the grammatical structure and lexical domain, this research adopts the inductive approach, descriptive approach and the analytical approach.

Based on the methodology of the study, its objectives and significance, the study included three sections: section one discusses the literal and technical definition of Iltifat.

The second section discusses Iltifat in grammatical structure, while section three addresses Iltifat in the lexical field.

The study concluded some important findings.
