Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of re-engineering method in achieving the strategic flexibility in national institution of paint unit of Souk Ahras, in order to achieve this we used the questionnaire as a tool and the analysis was based on the statistical program SPSS.

The study concluded that the re-engineering as one of the methods of organizational change contributes adapting to external developments and the challenges of competition, which enhance the strategic flexibility of industrial organization under study.
