The objective of This study is to determine the relationship between corporation social responsibility and human resources management practice in Phosphate Mines institutions –Somiphos-.
In order to reach this goal, a questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting data and distributing it (179) to the sample members of the study sample.
following the descriptive analytical approach (spss) for the same purpose.
The study found Statistically significant effect relationship between corporation social responsibility and human resources management practice.
