The main purpose of this study is to try to contribute to the criticism of the content of the Tunisian framework document for preschool, to warn those in charge of the need to return to some of the points that have not received its share of substance or conceptually and methodology.

The importance of the framework document as statutory authority and the methodology applied to achieve the objectives of thepreschool as educational level before the primary school.

This phase where educators agreed on privacy and its relevance in ensuring the success of the levels of education's problems.

And the most important is what we found was that some points in the document was subject to review, especially since it stayed for preparing have relied upon to a Canadian old document.

It is what makes users document, find themselves on the sidelines of the educational innovations in pre-school.

We have sought for our part to bring attention to those defects and attempting to provide alternative hoping to avoid in future versions of the document.
