This study aims to shed light on the subject of islamic investment instruments as innovative financial instruments that have achieved a wide international spread in the two past decades , through clarifying its concept , types and its role in achieving economic development , and finally clarifying the various challenges and obstacles that facing the development of the islamic sukuk industry.
