Abstract EN

This article attempts to study the impact of the economic recovery programs during the period 2001-2014 adopted by the Algerian government on the investment climate.

The analysis of this period reveals the acceptable improvement in the investment climate especially in the field of achieving macroeconomic balances.

In contrast, the volume of foreign investments Direct arrivals are very modest, compared to the attractiveness of Algeria.

This paradox obliges the Algerian government to exert more efforts in order to overcome all the obstacles that limit the flow of more investments, especially foreign direct, in order to benefit from it in advancing development.
