Abstract EN

In this paper we will attempt to uncover the reasons behind the decline in the level of students specializing in Arabic language and literature at the Algerian University, as they are the first to be proficient in the language and proficiency in writing, speaking and dumping, In light of what is revealed by the reality of the existence of violations and abuses of all levels of the language of voice, morphology, grammatical and semantic in this category, we also discussed the existence of a gap among some specialists between the theoretical knowledge they possess and the ability to deliver that knowledge to the recipients and the treatment requirements.

Finally, we would like to propose some possible solutions in order to remedy this situation which has become the language of the Arabic language.
