This study includes the Greece crisis that was exploded and formed a violent aftershocks including various nations similar to Greek 's economic characters known as "PIIGS" whereas the widening budget deficit and public debts ratios were dramatically increased in these states .and could not fulfill the legal conditions to join officially the European Monetary Union (EMU).

however the PIIGS states has been on the brink of bankruptcy and threatened the construction of the European economic and monetary union collapse .which necessitated the emergency need to enter the saving European economic and monetary devices to treat the economic issues related to these states and to make them ready and able to reestablish their monetary and financial norms The EMU played the greatest role to overcome these debts crisis and bring back the stability in this area.
