Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of decision support systems on improving decision-making in Jordanian universities.

The study found that there is a statistically significant effect of the components of decision support systems on improving the decision-making process in Jordanian universities, and that decision support systems contribute to providing individuals with new knowledge and help in providing human resources to conduct the process of modernization and development and in making the intended changes in the attitudes of individuals and taking measures Necessary to make decisions.

In light of this, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Jordanian universities continue to implement decision support systems, due to the study's proven impact of these systems on improving decision-making.
