Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of information and communication technologies on knowledge management processes, The research was done on the six public banks (CNEP, BNA, BEA, CPA, BDL and BADR),The (84) questionnaires was distributed to all directors and heads of departments working in the surveyed banks.

The study resulted in a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a clear positive effect on the use of modern information and communication technologies in knowledge management processes in banks.
