Abstract EN

This study aimed at revealing the significance of predictive value of selfesteem through degree of emotional intelligence and level of ambition among University students.

Thestudy sample consisted of (202) students from Oran University.

The result indicated high level of self-esteem among University students.

In addition, there were positive statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence and level of ambition with self-esteem.The result also indicated the contribution of the ability to set goals, managing own emotions and frustration tolerance in a function in predictable ways to selfesteem
