This research aims to study the reality of organizational silence in the institutions of primary education in the wilaya of Constantine to find out their opinions about the level of organizational silence and the various forms that it takes at work, based on high credibility and consistency measures.

Therefore, we recommend the necessity of taking into consideration the opinions of the employees and trying to find out the problems they suffer within the work, trying to reach solutions to them in order not to turn into a difficult problem in the future.
