This study aims to know the relationship Dimensions of transformational leadership and professional pressures among the employees of the municipality of Manna in the governorate Msila in Algeria Where this study was applied to a sample consisting of (120) employees were selected by the method of comprehensive survey because the study population is equal to the sample of the study Through the application of two scales, each consisting of (15) items (after confirming the truthfulness and stability) and adopted the descriptive approach in data analysis to answer the following questions 1-What is the availability of transformative leadership dimensions in the mayor from the point of view of the study sample? 2 - What is the level of professional pressures among the study sample 3-Is there a correlation between Dimensions transformational leadership and professional pressures in the study sample?
