The extent to which it is possible to contract for doing something that can be found in the future in the Jordanian and Kuwaiti laws - Comparative Study with Islamic Jurisprudence.

The objective of this study is to determine the feasibility of contracting for a future purchase.

This has been done by identifying the concept of what can be found in the future, as well as how it is a shop for sale in the types of contracts that can form this type of contract.

The possibility of this type of contract is a potential contract or contract, and the extent to which this type of contract applies to the theory of binding promise.

The subject of this research was compared to the Jordanian civil law, the Kuwaiti civil law, citing a ruling of the Jordanian Court of Cassation, and ended with a conclusion containing some of the results reached by researcher.
