Our current study has summarized most important factors that have been taken into consideration in the method of how to select Iraq 's prominent figures in the era of Ummawy based on the policy of the Ummawy caliphates .

Had they have a firm method or was there a special policy toward Iraq owing to the political conditions and their views about Ummaya Caliphate.

It has been trusted the principle of family loyalty and the ability to find out offset among the tribes, such principle trusted as a consistent basis when choosing those outstanding figures to lead Iraq; besides , the importance of Iraq 's location and its human and material prestige in respect to the Ummawy Caliphate has played a prominent role in selecting the outstanding figures since Iraq is represented as a basis to the Islamic east .
