In the current circumstances, which are characterized by increased competition, business organizations seek to acquire new ways and use strategies that will enable them to improve their competitive performance and ensure their survival.

This study aims at identifying the impact of organizational learning strategies on improving the competitive performance of SIDAL.

Survey the views of the workers in the institution under study based on the design of a questionnaire, in order to collect the required data, based on the analytical descriptive approach, we have reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are that organizational learning strategies have a positive impact on the competitive performance of the organization.
