Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the obstacles faced Assaray Trade and Investment Bank (ATIB) to issuing Islamic securities (Al- Mudharabah Sukuk) as an alternative of savings deposits.

The study assumed a number of variables, which may impede Assaray Trading and Investment Bank to issue Al- Mudharabah Sukuk these variables are; Related to the regulations and laws, Related to the the Bank (Al-Mudareb) and Related to the surrounding condition.

Practically, this utihsed questionnaire method in order to collect data.

thus, statistical analysis shows that all variables had an impact on Al-Mudharabah Sukuk Surrounding condition ranked as the first variable, regulations and laws as the second and Bank (Al-Mudareb) as the third.
