Abstract EN

Recently, the number of the working women have increased to cope with the requirement of the modern age in which work becomes one of the first things women think of.

Work is no longer a matter of bearing responsibility, but a means to self achievement, earn money and to widen the scope of social relation ships, contrary to what was common in the past, as the women's first work was to take care of her children, do house work and to perform her innate duty.

This research aims to identify the honor women have in Islam and assert the family role played by Muslim women and to identity the positive and negative effects resulting from going out to work out side her house.

This research will use the analytic method ,as it suits the nature of the research.

This research includes an introductions four chapters and conclusion: 1- The first chapter: The legating of women's work in Islam.

2- Chapter 11: limits of women's work out side their homes.

3- chapter 111: The Islam point of view concerning women's work out side their homes.

4- chapter1V:effects resulting from women's work outside their homes.

The conclusion contains the most important results and recommendations reached by the searcher, including: 1- The Islamic legation make it available for women the reasons which help them earn their keep, live well away from humiliation.

2- Islam grants women the right to direct all business and jobs which suit their nature and abilities , educational, religions,healthy and others.

3- According to legislation and Islamic morality and on condition that they take their husbands permission, women are allowed to work out side their homes but its not a must.
