Results and recommendations: Results the objective of this research is to recognize the efficiency of both irrigation net and irrigation methods, which are used in Egypt, in order to evaluate them and to suggest some solutions that may help in decreasing losses of irrigation water and achieving the economic using, especially the agriculture sector expenditure amounted to 85% of the water used in Egypt, the Egyptian quota from Nile water is fixed versus over population, therefore it must be required more studies, which may contribute some suggestions to rationalize the of irrigation water, the research found the following results:-1- About one third of irrigation water discharges is in Aswan , and the high rate of lost water was in summer lug , that represents two-thirds of total the water losses .

2 -the efficiency of used irrigation systems does not exceed 45% because of use flood irrigation, so the study recommends the need to change in method of flood irrigation to the style of Irrigation Developed .

recommendations 1-the necessity develop the field irrigation net work because it increase the irrigation efficiency to more than 75% , and on the other side facilitates the development of irrigation methods used, including helping to and help to rationalize the consumption of water for irrigation .

2-the study proved that using scarce irrigation in the cultivation of wheat in Egypt save more than Billion m3 of irrigation water, it can be used in the cultivation of more than 73.thousand Fadden of wheat that may increase the production of wheat from 8,6to 1 l,8million ton , that may cover the deficit of wheat reached to about 2,3 million ton .

3- the study proved that using scarce irrigation in the cultivation of corn will 1,1 Billion m3 of irrigation water, it can be used in the save more than, cultivation of more than 268 thousand Fadden in summer hug .

Finally, the researcher hopes that study would be an added modest for the scientific efforts which have been done in that field.
