Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to investigate the ability of the (cumulative gradc-point average, cumulative gradc-point average of the military subjects, ;ind cumulative gradc-point average of non-military subjects) to predict the level of professional performance of graduated students of Al- lstiqlal University.

Moreover the study investigated the degree of contribution of (the cumulative grade-point average of the military subjects, and cumulative gradc-point average of non-military subjects) in the explanation of variance in the level of professional performance of graduated students of Al-lstiqlal University.

To achieve the aims of the study, the scale of the professional performance was applied on (382) of Uic graduated students for the years (2013.

2014.

and 2015) from Al-lstiqlal University who work in the security agencies in the West Bank.

The results of the study indicated that the ability of the (cumulative gradc-point average, cumulative gradc-point average of the military subjects, and cumulative gradc-point average of non-military subjects) individually was statistically significant in the prediction of the level of professional performance.

The results also indicated that the cumulative gradc-point average of the (military subjects, and non-military subjects) explained (9.2ft.

0.1ft) of the variance in the level of professional performance respectively, meanwhile both of them explained (93ft) of the variance in the level of professional performance.
