Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the degree of awareness of teachers in East Jerusalem schools of creative teaching skills and their attitudes towards it.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

The study concluded to several results, the most important: That the teachers' awareness of the following creative teaching skills has received high percentages (brainstorming /producing new ideas, drawing conclusions, fluency, curiosity, risk, flexibility).

This demonstrates the high awareness of creative teaching skills among teachers in East Jerusalem schools.

The results of the study showed that the attitudes of teachers toward creative teaching are very high and that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the extent of teachers' awareness of creative teaching skills due to gender variables and teacher experience.

The results of the study also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the extent of teachers' awareness of creative teaching skills due to the variables of scientific qualification.
