Abstract EN

The current research aimed at studying the contribution of each of big five factors of personality, sex and level educational study in predicting attachment styles patterns.

The sample consisted of 248 students studying in the state of Chlef.

After the data analysis, the results of the study showed that the contribution of the independent variables (agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism, and sex) differ in predicting the emergence of attachment to mother, the results showed also that the contribution of the independent variables (conscientiousness, agreeableness and level of education) differ in predicting the emergence of attachment to friends, as well as there is a contribution of the independent variables (conscientiousness and neuroticism) differ in predicting the emergence of attachment to father
