The local administration in Egypt has witnessed unprecedented constitutional developments in order to gradually decentralize, achieve regional justice within the SDGs, and establish representative justice through the holding of the upcoming local council elections.

In the process of development, the Ministry of Local Development is implementing steps for decentralization in the next phase.

N clear vision to deal with, this study is trying to review and analysis of decentralization policies in the administrative, economic and financial aspects, and to develop a clear vision towards dealing with the future of the local administration, and the determinants of development in the direction of local governance.
