Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the organizational conflict on the performance of school leaders in general education in the province of Jumoum from their point of view.

The study population was composed of all school leaders in general education in the governorate of Jumoum (26) leaders from different stages of education.

The whole study population was taken as a sample for the study.

The descriptive approach was used through a tool developed to achieve the objectives of the study.

The results of the study showed that the impact of the organizational conflict on the performance of the leaders of the public education schools in the fields of study was highly influenced by the study and that the study showed that the impact of the organizational conflict in the field of competition and courtesy had a moderate effect.

The results of the study showed that there were no statistical differences in the effect of the organizational conflict on the performance of the leaders of the general education schools due to the variable of experience in the management of the organizational conflict and the absence of statistically significant differences in the variable number of courses in conflict management.

Variable experience in teaching.

The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is the provision of indepth training in how to deal with the organizational conflict among female leaders.
