English Abstract

Deletion is the omission of part of the speech, or all of it for an evidence, so it is a form of abridgement, and by which the most accurate meanings is achieved.

‘this subject occurred very frequently in the holy Koran as a sign of its inimitability.

in such a subject the absence of the preposition is more eloquent than it is being available because the imaginative mind could guess the meaning hardly or easily.

the usage of omission has many conditions as there should be verbal or moral evidences such as frequent use, abbreviation etc.

the deletion of the preposition was not approved by all grammarians, some of them said that it is not analogous to the fact that the preposition was brought by the abbreviation of speech, what is abbreviated cannot be abbreviated once more.

some of it was seen as a kind of rhetoric concision which is one of the highest sections of rhetoric.

this party of grammarians do not allow the preposition to be omitted without conditions.

it only can be omitted with the non-confusion a context of situation, and knowledge of the omitted and replaced, which is of two types: standard : if known omission : (type, and place), and heard usage: preserved and not measured by.

there is much controversial between grammarians who dealt with this subject about the omission of the preposition or not, because it adds meaning of the verb that is related to the name dragged by it.

this is because the name is being drawn upon the compound of , and finally the semantics that come out of the omission of the preposition in the Koran and poetry and other literary texts according to the changes of vocalization and grammatical usage.
