Abstract EN

Modern enterprises look for ensure the quality of their products to ensure the realization of requirements and desires of consumers in general, through the use of a set of indicators suggest to them the quality of their products.

Then the most important sign of quality of product is the price at it is retained by the consumer to evaluate it, in the case if the latter is ignorant of the characteristics of the product or new in the market.

But in the case if the consumer knows well the product and it’s important characteristics, here the price is a secondary index to the quality of product, and is not used to evaluate this latter, but uses other signs of the quality of the product.
