Abstract EN

This paper aims to highlight the role played by the partnership between the public and private sectors (PPP) in the completion of infrastructure projects, which are considered a key engine to the wheel of economic development, as well as improving the quality of public service employment of private sector expertise in the completion and operation of the latter, and the ability of properties on financing of projects in partnership with the public sector, and to leave room for the attention of the governments of other affairs.

The french from countries that severed advanced runs in the partnership between the two sectors, especially passing the municipal public projects for the benefit of the private sector which has contributed to the improvement of public services and reduce completion costs.
