Abstract EN

This study aims at understanding the conceptual framework of corruption in general, and financial and administrative corruption, its manifestations and its various effects in particular, and discussed its reality in Algeria and the efforts of the state to combat the phenomenon and reduce its economic effects.

In recent years, researchers have been interested in the issue of corruption in its various forms because of its widespread.

Indeed, some corruption cases have overthrown governments, including the creation of disturbances within countries, because of its effects on various aspects.

This requires efforts by states to combat and confront the phenomenon.

This is why the Algerian government has accelerated the development of mechanisms to combat and prevent the phenomenon.

The most important of these are Law No.

0-01 of 20 February 2006 on the prevention and control of corruption, as well as the establishment of the National Commission for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption.
