Abstract EN

Our goal from this study intiteled "The relation between objectives management method and Administrative Authorization as two methods of time management and administrative creativity In sport complexes in M'sila".

By knowing the effects of time management on administrative creativity in sport complexes in M'sila and determining the level of importance of time management that sport complexes staff practice and the administrative creativity of them and to know the nature of the relation between objectives management method and Administrative Authorization method as a two methods of time management and administrative creativity in sport complexes in M'sila.

The researcher used the descriptive approach in his study and the survey to gather data from a random sample of administrative employees in sport complexes in M'sila .This study reached 211 out of 266.Finally, we found there is high level of importance in sport complexes of administrative creativity relatively to the methods of objectives management method and Administrative Authorization as methods of time management and administrative creativity in sport complexes.
