Abstract EN
This article deals with the problem of land use planning in a steppic wilayas.
The wilaya of Djelfa is carachtirized by a strong evolution of its main urban centersnamely Djelfa, Din Oussera, Hassi bahbah and Messad.
This rapid evolution of population has generated a great deal of pressur on the various equipment and services on the side, and on the other side has caused an inblance in the urban framework.
Any development and equilibrium operation must be based on the principale of priority during the location and distribution of various equipment and services.

A l’instar de cet article qui traite la problématique de l’aménagement du territoire dans une wilaya steppique ; La wilaya de Djelfa se caractérise par une forte évolution de sa population notamment de ces principaux centres urbains a savoir Djelfa, Ain Oussera,Hassi Bahbah et Messad.
Cette évolution rapide de la population a engendré une forte pression sur les divers équipements et services d’un coté, et d’autre coté a provoqué un déséquilibre dans l’armature urbaine.
Toute opération d’aménagement et de rééquilibre doit être basée sur le principe de priorité pendant la localisation et répartition de divers équipements et services.
