Abstract EN
This is research paper an assessment of the six fundamental principales to achieve the objectives of “education for all” by the year 2015.
These principales were adopted by the “UNESCO” through the execution of plan 11 wich resulted from Dakar conference in focuses on higher education in middle highlands region in Algeria “ Msila, Djelfa and LAghouat” , taking into consideration that education is the starting point and an important indicator to achieve sustainable human development.

Cet article s’articule sur l’évaluation des six dimensions fondamentales visant les objectifs du millénaire de l’éducation pour tous à l’horizon 2015 adoptés par l’U.N.E.S.C.O (la stratégie n°11) et dictées par le cadre général du congrès de Dakar en l’an 2000.
Nous nous concentrons à travers ce document pour tout détaille sur le domaine de l’éducation dans la région des hauts plateaux centres algériennes (M’sila, Djelfa, Laghouat) car l’éducation est un facteur et indice fondamental de développement humain durable.
