Abstract EN

The agricultural sector is considered to be one of the most important sectors in the growth of the national economy far from the hydrocarbon sector, in fact agricultural investment has become useful for the confrontation of challenges given its natural and human means to the facilitation of investment projects, the state has created an adequate investment climate in the sector by introducing plans and reforms in addition to the institution of laws and legislations as well as the volume of the fabulous sums devoted to the support and development of investment in the national program of Agricola development until 2000,which gave a great support to agricultural investment, The state has attempted to invest infrastructures promotion and land rehabilitation through privilege and rural development ,institution-building Agricultural funds responsible for the development of agricultural investment .

In this sense, state policy has come to attract private investment and the development of the agricultural sector, as the sector can’t only be realized by the support of the state but also by the attraction of private investors in the field of agriculture.

We opt our research to highlight private sector participation in the evolution of the sector.
