The aim of this paper is to present, first of all, a way of reconciling of two conflicting approaches to measuring firm’s value: the stakeholder approach and the shareholder approach.
The conciliation path allowed us to build an alternative theoretical model to measure and manage the value of the firm.
However, the presented model seems complicated at first sight, by using qualitative variables to explain the process of creation and sustainability of the firm’s value, the use of a Fuzzy expert system to overtake this problem is the other purpose of this paper

L’objectif de ce papier est de présenter en premier lieu une voie de conciliation entre deux approches conflictuelles de mesure de la valeur d’entreprise : l’approche partenariale et l’approche actionnariale.
La voie de conciliation nous a permis de construire un modèle théorique alternative pour mesurer et manager la valeur de l’entreprise.
Cependant, le modèle présenté parait compliquée à première vue, en recourant à des variables qualitatives pour expliquer le processus de création et de durabilité de la valeur d’une entreprise, le recours à un système expert flou pour dépasser ce problème est l’autre objectif de ce papier.
