The diversity of the educational course in the Maghreb during the eighth and ninth centuries (14th and 15th centuries AD) between the doctrinal, grammatical, verbal, and other educational courses, and the educational decrees formed the basic building block in those lessons, especially the grammar and jurisprudence lesson that witnessed many educational books such as the message of Abu Zeid Kairouani Al-Maliki (d.

386 AH - 996 AD), and the whole among the mothers composed by the jurist Maliki Jamal al-Din Ibn alHajeb Kurdish Maliki (d.

646 AH - 1248 AD) famous for: abbreviated son of the sub-eyebrow - introduced by the teacher Sheikh Nasser al-Din Al-Mashdali (d.

In this article, entitled: Jurisprudence and Grammar Courses: Attendance and Influence in the Educational Lessons in the Maghreb During the 8th and 9th Hegira/14th and 15th Centuries AD, we will try to identify the most attended courses in the grammar and jurisprudence lesson in the Maghreb from the eighth to the ninth century, and the extent of the contribution of the scholars of the Maghreb to explain and teach those courses.
