Psychological and life experiences are painful because of the negative effects on the lives of individuals in general and children especially because they are in the early stages of cognitive development and psychological construction so it is easy to adapt the motives and desires of this segment by distorting their beliefs and distortion towards intellectual extremism as well as easy to normalize socially from positive to robbery and vice versa At a time when the responsible authorities can not control the phenomenon of the presence of children in light signals and these Batu like organized gangs that they divide the light signals among them sleep and eat them permanently or temporarily without supervision or care by any In particular, the majority of children drop out of school or their level of education is poor and their parents are not encouraged to go to school.

In order to identify the ignorance of the school, the researchers were asked to identify this problem.

The study was carried out after the recommendations of the most important of which are the formation of government committees of the educational counselor and specialist sin psychological sciences to identify the psychological and cognitive problems of the sample of children and their families and the preparation of behavioral knowledge programs to modify the misconceptions of the world.
