Abstract EN

The researcher employs a new approach in this research.

It lies in exploring and extracting the original and jurisprudential rules from one verse.

From this usury verse, and through this approach, there were eight rules detected, and mentioned in the introduction.

The research focuses only on these eight rules and only on one of the Usury verse, namely, the verse 275.

Thus, through the approach stated above, the researcher elicits four Original rules and four Jurisprudential rules.

In fact, this approach is rarely used due to being difficult to use in research.

The research findings include some Jurisprudential rules that have not been tackled before in the old books of Jurisprudence like: “Allah has permitted trading and forbidden usury,” as an entire principle rather than merely a rule, as has been stated when explaining the principle.

Another principle is “Only after prohibition, Allah blame human,” which has not been stated in such a form.

Rather, it has some rules of the Islamic Jurisprudence.

It is discussed when we tackle such a principle in the research.

This indicates and confirms that such an aspect in the Islamic Jurisprudence is still open for further research by those interested in such a field to elicit new original principles.

Such Jurisprudential principles differ from Original linguistic ones, in that, the latter are perfect as in the case of the books of Originals.
