Abstract EN

This research aims at clarifying the legitimate law concerning the investment of Zakat funds and how to establish developing projects, one-fourth of whose profits return to the Zakat banks of those defined previously.

No specific owner shall be defined, but rather remain unknown or abstract, and owned by the administration running such banks.

The researcher concludes that it is not possible to invest Zakat funds before reaching the legitimate eligible people.

However, if they received and owned them, only then can they invest theirs, provided that they agree to do so.

This is also built on the evidence to those otherwise.
