Aims search definition outputs university art department of radio and television, Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Hodeidah and the pursuit of quality in scientific programs to reach the academic accreditation, the role of Scientific Department to identify outputs aimed at community service and development requirements and the labor market and the pursuit of cognitive development and the seek of growth of knowledge, including competition to reach the level of required quality through the administrative leadership of successful enterprise of scientific and research aims to improve the project graduation Flemish quality and technical students of the department to contribute to the act in the intellectual creative movement and the country's cultural cadres qualified and specialized cadres building blocks for the manufacture of the cinema in Yemen .

To achieve this goal a number of important results have been reached : 1- The academic program must be of the department together through the goals and outputs according to the methodology and vision, strategy and a clear and comprehensive to achieve its mission and role of the college and university to the community .

2- The need to raise the scientific level of the department through the creation of an integrated learning environment and lead to the train, qualify and produce distinct competencies are able to meet the current needs and changing to serve the community and labor market requirement .

3- Strengthening the relationship of the relevant section of institutions and held relationships effectively with media organizations that would enable students to enter the labor market creative media professionalism and technical competence .

4- The researcher recommends the need to engage in the programs of films through satellite TV and private annually in accordance with agreements of cooperation and mutual benefit, and share the best students' film festivals, television and cinema Arab and foreign countries because of its implications and positive returns for the establishment and workmanship Cinema of Yemen
