Abstract EN

This study aims at producing a sociological analysis of the currcnt situation of the social institutions and their prevailing types as well as their role in serving the society and its members.

The study will also consider the main difficulties that limit the effectiveness of such institutions, and study will deal with the main difficulties that limit the effectiveness of such institutions.

An analytical descriptive approach supported by a number of procedures shall be followed the most important of which is collecting and analyzing data, and then the prevailing stereotype in the Arab region is analyzed so as to form a specific understanding of the Institutions’ social and cultural mission.

There is a need for more emphasis on interaction and ideological relationship between the social institutions and the layers of the society.

Besides, there is a need to inculcate the prospcct of real practices that enhance the culture of the society at through actions of development and well constructed planning.

Arabs have a high standard cultural heritage by which it becomcs easy to achieve creativity objectives in the current time.

Our need to crcatc a future developing thinking is most necessary now than ever.

It is possible to achieve that by self and external interaction operations and through the social institutions observing their role on both local and regional levels.

The most important tools to achievc interaction and communication are: Executing cultural plans and programmes, providing the needed human and financial resources, inculcating concepts of volunteer works, establishing cooperation and coordination between all institutions, emphasizing unity and solidarity, calling for peace and rejecting violence and terrorism.

The study recommends that social values should be emphasized and art should be highly valued.

Besides, we should build quality cultural networks to face with modem techniques.
