Abstract EN

The Constitution is the fundamental document that recognizes rights and freedoms and establishes guarantees for their normal exercise and enjoyment by individuals.

The Algerian constitutions, including the 1996 Constitution and especially its recent amendment in 2016, have been strengthened by economic provisions.

The state has endeavored to recognize and strengthen these rights, to empower citizens and to establish some consultative institutions that involve young people in economic life to activate the process and put it on the ground.

Many of the constitutional provisions dealing with the economic aspects of the determination of guarantees and obligations for the enjoyment of economic rights have been included.
