The International non-governmental organizations play an import role in the field of human rights, It controls the violations of human rights through its interventions by the Amnesty International, The competent authority and the local and international public opinion in order to put an end to these violations , it works as an observer of the rights of society and its members from unjust actions , it is doing its utmost for the sake of defending every individual in the society to enjoy his recognized rights.

These international non-governmental organizations have become more influential in the promotion and protection of human rights; they aim to play the role of the guard in case of non-activation of human rights instruments.
