Many international and regional conventions have devoted attention to the protection of the rights of the child as regulated by various domestic laws and regulations.
However, the world is witnessing technological progress.
New crimes, such as child pornography, have become a threat to children and a challenge to States and the international community.
The study aims to demonstrate the protection of children from the dangers of pornography in national and international law.
