Abstract EN

Procurements with adapted procedures are public procurements subject to procedures that differ from formal ones established in the provisions of the Presidential Decree 15-247, because of their estimated amounts equal to or lower than the financial thresholds specified for the conclusion of public procurements or because of the subject of services that do not conform to the formalities.

Procurements with adapted procedures are concerned with the implementation of public expenditures, so that in order to ensure the efficiency of such applications and the good use of public funds, the contracting parties shall comply with a minimum of formal procedures for the conclusion of this type of application, taking into account the general principles established in the field of concluding public procurements, namely, freedom of access and equality between candidates , as well as transparency in procedures.
