Abstract EN

Most of the developing countries in general and our Arab countries in particular have suffered from the effects of colonialism, which has been reflected in all economic, social and political fields, which in turn has reflected the environmental reality in these countries.

Colonial countries have plundered the wealth and wealth of these countries without giving any consideration to the environmental aspect.

After independence, developing countries focused on the construction process and the needs of individuals.

This led to a lack of interest in the environmental reality at the beginning.

After the global increase in environmental concern and environmental problems and the need to include the environmental dimension in development processes For all countries and after the agreements concluded in this area, some countries have begun to pay attention to the environmental dimension in their development strategies.

However, the environmental situation in most developing countries, including Arab countries, has been deteriorating and the quality of evidence in Arab countries has not been improved.

Sand as well as gore and dry fresh water.

The changes that have characterized the international arena in light of globalization, trade openness and the handicrafts market have exacerbated the deterioration of the environmental situation in most developing countries in general, by satisfying the needs and requirements of the heavy industries from primary resources and underground resources and depleting non renewable energies such as oil and gas, International transport from pollution, especially the transportation of oil, oil and water pollution, and the giant global institutions and companies driving the mechanisms of globalization of environmental abortion and depletion and pollution through the factories deployed in most developing countries.

However, the environmental reality in the context of international changes has been characterized by some of the attention paid to the need to impose protection on various environmental elements and to identify the elements of responsibility resulting from violations of environmental safety and environmental degradation, as reflected in international conventions concluded in this area and domestic and national legislation As well as the relevant bodies.

It can be said that international changes in the context of globalization have had a negative impact on the reality of the environment in developing countries, but have also played a positive role by giving international responsibility and establishing the rules of protection and dissemination of environmental awareness through non-governmental organizations and the dissemination of the culture of environmental preservation in companies And investment schemes.
