A Medical science has witnessed huge developments in the field of reproduction as many new methods of reproduction have been brought, or what is known as the artificial reproduction, Surrogacy is among these methods.

Surrogacy is based on using an alternative uterus to carry the fertilized egg instead of the biological mother and that for various reasons until the pregnancy is completed, the fetus is placed.

However, this new method has raised many problems in terms of religion and law as there is no religious legislation on its permissibility as well as the failure to regulate such a matter legally even in countries that allow it.
