This paper discusses the concept of sovereignty in the light of international changes, with the aim of understanding the concept development, and the nature of its difficulties, that face the definition of sovereignty in the framework of international and regional changes and the emergence of phenomena that inhibit the national sovereignty of countries such as the phenomenon of globalization, According to the classical realist theory, the Sate is the only actor in international relations, and with the developments in the field of science and technology, a new actor has emerged in the international arena that create a competition between them and the state in many functions; One of these actors: transnational corporations or supranational, non-governmental organizations, governmental organizations, terrorism, organized crime.

The follower of the events believes that the world has become a small village under the revolution of information and communication and technology (ICT), especially through the Internet, which has affected in one way or another, the Sovereignty of State.

However the status of the State is greatly affected at the international level Through direct or indirect interventions, then we should see the future of sovereignty through the creation of a new concept of sovereignty in a perspective that preserves the foundations of the state and its survival and continuity, because sovereignty and the state are complementary and they are two sides of the same coin.
