Terrorism is a phenomenon born since the birth of human societies have evolved as other phenomena taking advantage of scientific advances to activate the methods and means, as a result there were many objectives and expanded its geography to include the entire world, without distinction between developed countries or those wich are in the process of growth, and whether it is a poor country or a rich one, or they are applied democratic system or other systems, and so it became a terrorist act a potentially to happen in any country, and it’s no longer the force managed to keep its location, and has become a serious threat of thought, conscience and political entity of the peoples, a wide concept has become the most prominent security threats because of its far-reaching effectsand the risk to humanity all.

Terrorism as one of the phenomena and outstanding with a strong link with the innovations of that era (regarding the technological advances) in the field of information and communication, and is no doubt that the media play a prominent and important role towards this phenomenon, especially in the field of influencing public opinion and awareness and guidance, the media is no longer just a vector of news and events, but has become a way of manufacturing brains and development of ideas, so regaining the subject of the relationship between terrorism and the media and communication in the current period the interest of many researchers.

Many specialists believe that media coverage stimulate terrorists to carry out further acts of violence in order to draw attention to them for fame and to define them and to set up a means of pressure and intimidation for the purpose of responding to their requests, and they argue that the extensive media coverage for terrorism produces more terrorism and terrorists, particularly as we live in a time globalization and the village cosmic one and the era of open spaces and has become for the word a direct impact on the community through what is presented and watched , where the television and online journalism have became having a wide effect comparing all other media whether that it was in reading ratios and listen globally, regionally and locally traded or the expansion of media networks in real deployment .
