Assessment Of Educational Research Realities In Yemeni Universities In The Light Of International University Research Quality Indicators.

This Study Aims At Assessing The Educational Research Realities In The Yemeni Universities In The Light Of International University Research Quality Indicators.

To Achieve This Aim, The Questionnaire Was Used As A Tool For The Study.

It Was Composed Of (64) Items Distributed Into (10) Dimensions And Divided Into Three Axes.

The First Axis Dealt With The Quality Of Research Work And Consisted Of Three Dimensions.

The Second Axis Focused On The Quality Of The Yemeni Universities Outcomes And Had Two Dimensions.

The Quality Of The Yemeni Researcher Competencies Was The Focus Of The Third Axis And Included Five Dimensions.

The Validity And Reliability Of The Tool Were Tested And The Questionnaire Was Finalized Before Being Distributed To The Individual Participants.

The Sample Of (148) Respondents Was Drawn Out Of The Faculty Members Of Four Yemeni Universities, Namely, Sana'a, Taiz, Ibb And Dhamar University By Using Proper Sampling Techniques.

The Data Collected Were Analyzed By Using The Appropriate Statistical Techniques Revealing A Number Of Findings Of Which The Following Are The Most Important: - The Realities Of The Educational Research In The Yemeni Universities In The Light Of International University Research Quality Indicators Have Shown An Average Level Of Quality According To Arithmetical Mean Scores On The Full-Scale.

- There Are Differences Of Statistical Significance Between The Participants' Responses Rates At The Significance Level (Α=0.05)With Respect To The Educational Research In The Yemeni Universities.

These Differences Can Be Attributed To The University And Academic Degree Held Variables.

- No Statistical Significant Differences Have Been Found Between The Individual Participants' Responses Rates Regarding The Educational Research Realities In The Yemeni Universities That Could Be Attributed To The Professional Designation Variable.

On The Basis Of Finding And Results, A Set Of Meaningful Recommendations And Suggestions Relevant To The Study Have Been Laid.
