The study aims to identify the multiple nature of the relationship between shyness and self - esteem and parental treatment methods among teenager 's high school.

The study sample consisted of 120 male and female pupils in the secondary Elkifif Ahmad in Meftah - Blida , where the researchers using three tools in data collection, which consists of both : the scale embarrassment for the Drini (1981), and the measure of self-esteem for Cooper (1967), a measure parental treatment methods for Nfiei (1997).The results showed the following: 01 -There is a nigative correlation between shyness and self-esteem of adolescent student in high school .

02 -There is a positive correlation between shyness and methods of treatment with adolescent student in high school .

03 -There is a nigative correlation between self-esteem and parental treatment methods student teenager 's high school .

04 -There is a multiple positive correlation between shyness and self - esteem and parental treatment methods student's high school .
