They comply their distinction through a strategic management of an amount of varieties which this applied research determine the most important of them such as the leadership distinction needed by the modern requires, distinction through what the organization own about human resources, administration and the strategic planning, and finally the distinction through the insurance of a market position by the factor market and consumer orientation
